 Itinerary 1: Leh: Enterprise and the Exploration of the Himalayas 

Day 1: Morning: Meeting at Leh Airport and transfer to the luxury hotel at Leh (for instance, The Grand Dragon Ladakh or Hotel Ladakh Sarai). 

Afternoon Arrangements: Lunch at the hotel

Evening: Here we would also get a traditional Ladakhi welcome with a folk tune by the hotel and local Ladakhi delicacies at the hotel and restaurant, respectively. 

 Day 2: The conference and networking However, on the second day of the conference, it was different, where the conference and networking were the main activities of the day. 

Morning: Business conference in the hotel conference centres for the whole day. It gave increased importance to regional development, the utilisation of tourism for the sustainable development of the regions, and adventure sports. 

Afternoon: Special sessions focussing on innovative solutions for the development of sparsely populated regions, cross-border trade, and eco-tourism. 

Evening: The dinner will be held at ‘The Tibetan Kitchen', which serves mostly Tibetan and also some Ladakhi cuisines. 

 As per the established plan, on the third day of the incentive travel program, the participants took part in incentive activities in the morning and cultural attractions in the afternoon. 

Morning: Optional: an exclusive guided tour of Pangong Lake (subject to season) or Nubra Valley with visits to Diskit monastery and Hemis monastery. 

Afternoon: An early lunch at the restaurant in Nubra Valley/Pangong Lake, and proceed further to cover the remaining distance to the next destination. Go back to Leh for sightseeing, where one can visit Leh Palace as well as Shanti Stupa. Evening: Gesmo Restaurant & Cultural Performance and Dinner. 

 Day 4: Leisure and Departure 

Morning: Spare time to shop at Leh Market or rest at hotel tourist attractions like the spa. 

Afternoon: Visit Thiksey Monastery or Hemis Monastery. 

Evening: Dinner party in the evening before the end of the tour in the hotel. 

Itinerary 2: Nubra Valley: Adventure and Business

Day 1: Arrival and the initial welcome ceremony. 

Morning: From Leh Airport, pick up and proceed to Nubra Valley via Khardung La Pass, the highest motorable road in the world. Check-in at luxurious camps or resorts (for instance, Hunder Dunes Camp or Nubra Valley Resort). 

Afternoon: Lunch will be at the camp or resort and then we will go over the program of the day. 

Evening: A special arrival welcome with traditional Ladakhi songs, cultural dance, and a bonfire at camp. 

 Day 2: The conference and opportunity to get to know other people. 

Morning: The business conference will be held at the camp facilities for the entire day. After that, the successful strategy focuses on sustainable development, trying to attract as many tourists as possible while at the same time ensuring that the environment is protected. The major strategy of the company is adventure tourism, and lastly, the company strengthens its relations with the communities. 

Afternoon: Special sessions on adventure tourism, cross-border trading, and eco-tourism. 

Evening: Dinner over the network at the camp, with an emphasis on the cuisine typical for the region. 

 Day 3: Activities as an incentive and exploration of scenery. 

Morning: It can be a good idea to explore the Nubra Valley by doing activities like camel riding amidst the Hunder Sand Dunes and the Diskit Monastery. 

Afternoon: This lunch then proceeds to lunch at a local restaurant in Diskit and proceeds to Sumur Village or Hot Springs at Panamik. 

Evening: A cultural show during dinner at the camp. 

Day 4: Leisure and Departure

Morning: Return to Leh via Khardung La. Free time for shopping or relaxation at the hotel in Leh.

Afternoon: Optional visit to Leh Palace or Shanti Stupa.

Evening: Farewell dinner at The Grand Dragon Ladakh before departure.

Itinerary 3: Pangong Lake: Serenity and Business

Day 1: Arrival and Welcome

Morning: Arrival at Leh Airport; transfer to Pangong Lake (seasonal) via Chang La Pass. Check-in at a luxury camp or resort (e.g., Pangong Lake Camp or The Campsite Pangong).

Afternoon: Welcome lunch at the camp, followed by an orientation session.

Evening: Welcome reception with traditional Ladakhi music and a bonfire by the lake.

Day 2: Conference and Networking

Morning: Full-day conference at the camp’s facilities. Focus on eco-tourism, remote area development, and sustainable practices.

Afternoon: Breakout sessions on innovation in tourism, local community engagement, and environmental conservation.

Evening: Networking dinner at the camp, with a menu featuring local delicacies and a cultural performance.
