DAY 1: Arrival in Guwahati | Transfer to Shillong
Upon your arrival, the driver will smoothly transfer you from Guwahati airport/railway station/bus station to your hotel in Shillong. En route, make a pitstop at the breathtaking Umiam Lake, also known as Barapani, a stunning man-made reservoir surrounded by lush green hills. After the scenic exploration, continue your journey to Shillong and check into your hotel. Post-check-in, the rest of the day is yours to enjoy and rejuvenate. In the evening, consider exploring some famous places like Lady Hydari Park & Air Force Museum.

Check out from your homestay in Mawphlang and start your trek to Lad Mawphlang. Enjoy hiking on the famous David Scott Trail, taking in the panoramic vistas. Pass through quaint Khasi villages, lush green meadows, and stone bridges during the 5-hour trek. Reach Lad Mawphlang and have an overnight stay in your homestay.
Private Transfer:
After check-out, the driver will pick you up from your homestay and drop you at the starting point of David Scott Trail for the trek. After the trek, the driver will meet you at the end point of the trail & drop you at the pre-booked homestay in Lad Mawphlang.

DAY 5 Lad Mawphlang To Dawki Via Mawlynnong | Visit Asia’s Cleanest Village
Check-out from your homestay after which the driver will pick you up and take you to Dawki. Take a stop at Mawlynnong on the way and roam around Asia’s Cleanest Village. Marvel at the Balancing Rock which has stayed immobile for many years. Cross the Single Decker Living Root Bridge as you explore Riwai village. Arrive in Dawki and enjoy boating on the crystal-clear waters of the Umngot River. Have an overnight stay in Shnongpdeng.
