Itinerary 1: Tokyo - Technology and Modern Business

Day 1:Arrival and Welcome

Morning: Arrival at Narita or Haneda transfer to luxury hotel in Shinjuku/Ginza. 

Afternoon: Check in the hotel and post lunch, orientation session.

Evening: Welcome reception at Roppongi Hills Mori Tower, Tokyo.

Day 2:  conference and networking.

Morning: Main conference at Tokyo International Forum. Keynotes on tech and global business trends.

Afternoon: Breakout sessions on innovation and AI (Afternoon) followed by panel discussion led by industry leaders.

Evening: Networking dinner at Nobu Tokyo.

Day 3: Incentive Activities and Cultural Exploration

Morning: Akihabara (technology and game tour) ? Miraikan

Afternoon: Lunch in Asakusa, visit of Senso-ji Temple with traditional rickshaw readings (afternoon)

Evening: Dinner and a river cruise on the Sumida River; Tokyo Skytree viewing

Day 4: Leisure and Departure

Afternoon: Spend the rest of your day relaxing after you've worked up a sweat at an onsen (a Japanese hot spring experience).

Evening: Dinner at Gonpachi in Nishi-Azabu and return to Origin.

Itinerary 2: Kyoto - Tradition and Culture

Day 1: Arrival and Cultural Welcome

Morning: arrive at Kansai International Airport, transfer to Gion and traditional ryokan

Afternoon: Lunch at your ryokan including tea ceremony demonstration in the afternoon.

Evening: Dinner at a kaiseki restaurant.(KP)Views of Kiyomizu Temple.

Day 2: Conference and Cultural Workshops

Morning: conference at Kyoto International Conference Center. Business Etiquette and Cultural Intelligence Sessions.

Afternoon: Workshops  ikebana (flower arranging), calligraphy and other Japanese arts

Evening: Dinner date with a geisha in Pontocho Alley.

Day 3: Incentive Activities and Exploration

Morning: Fushimi Inari Shrine with its thousands of torii gates Nijo Castle guided tour

Afternoon: Lunch in the Arashiyama district; visit Bamboo Forest and Tenryu-ji Temple

Evening: Traditional boat ride on Hozu river with dinner at a riverside restaurant.

Day 4: Leisure and Departure

Morning: Morning Enjoy free time for shopping at Nishiki Market or a walk on the Philosopher's Path.

Afternoon: Wind-down at an onsen or nearby spa.

Evening: Dinner will be in Tofuya Ukai before you head home.

Itinerary 3: Osaka - Business and Entertainment

Day 1: Arrival and Welcome

Morning: Arrival at Kansai International Airport, transfer to hotel in Namba or Umeda.

Afternoon: Check-in and lunch at the hotel, Briefing & orientation.

Evening: Welcome reception at Umeda Sky Building for a view of the city skyline.

Day 2: Conference and Networking

Morning: All-day conference at Grand Cube Osaka (Osaka International Convention Center) Grouped Discussions for business growth in Asia and regional opportunities.

Afternoon: Morning sessions are then followed by breakout sections and networking activities.

Evening: Networking Dinner at Kobe Beef Kaiseki 511

Day 3: Incentive Activities and Entertainment

Morning: Visit the Osaka Castle and Around Pack.

Afternoon: Lunch in Dotonbori, then a food guide through the streets and Kuromon 

Ichiba Market.

Evening: There will be more entertainment involving VIP access and a private 

dinner event at Universal Studios Japan in the evening.

Day 4: Leisure and Departure

Morning: You can go shopping at Shinsaibashi or head out to Namba Parks for some sight-seeing of the parks.

Afternoon: Rest and relax in an Onsen or visit a local spa.

Evening: Evening Check-out with private transportation to Kitcho Arashiyama (farewell dinner).
