We offer a range of travel services, including domestic and international tour packages, ticketing, VISA, MICE services, and destination wedding planning. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment.
• Payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other payment gateways available on our website.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in airfare, hotel rates, or exchange rates.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation policies vary based on the travel package, airline, hotel, and service providers.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the terms set by the service providers, minus applicable service fees.
• The Company is not liable for cancellations due to force majeure, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Travel Documents & Requirements

• It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they possess valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents.
• The Company will not be responsible for any issues arising due to incomplete or incorrect travel documents.

Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen situations such as medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or loss of belongings.
• The Company is not responsible for any losses incurred due to the absence of travel insurance.

Limitation of Liability

• The Company acts only as an intermediary between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport services, etc.). We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or expenses arising from third-party services.
• Any disputes arising from third-party services should be settled directly with the respective provider.

Changes & Amendments

• The Company reserves the right to make changes to itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Any additional costs due to amendments requested by the traveler will be borne by the traveler.

Conduct & Responsibilities

• Travelers must comply with local laws and regulations of the destination.
• Any damage caused by a traveler to hotel property, transport, or other service providers will be the responsibility of the traveler.

Privacy Policy

• We value your privacy and handle your personal data as per our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Government Of India.
• Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karnataka Government.
